Requesting a cancellation
Send the participant name, confirmed session, date, and reason to contact@vaultportgrid.world. A request is effective when received. We acknowledge it within two business days and may ask for the payment reference, but never for card or banking passwords.
Group workshops and clinics
A cancellation received at least 10 calendar days before the session is eligible for a full refund, including the deposit. Between 5 and 9 calendar days, 70% of amounts paid is refundable; the remainder covers committed preparation and the place held. Fewer than 5 calendar days before the session, the fee is non-refundable, although the place may be transferred once to another suitable participant if we are told before class begins.
A confirmed participant may request one move to another published date at least 5 calendar days ahead, subject to space. A second move is treated as a cancellation on the date requested.
Private risk reviews
A private review cancelled at least 3 business days ahead receives a full refund. With less notice, 50% is refundable because chart reading and preparation may already have started. Once the scheduled meeting has begun, teaching time and completed preparation are non-refundable.
If submitted material is unusable and we identify that before preparation, the participant may replace it, choose a more suitable clinic, or cancel for a full refund.
No-shows and late arrival
Missing a session without notice is non-refundable. A late participant may join if doing so does not disrupt the group, but the end time and fee remain unchanged. When a documented emergency prevents attendance, contact us promptly; we consider a transfer, credit, or exceptional refund fairly rather than requiring public disclosure of sensitive details.
Cancellation by Vault Portgrid
If we cancel and cannot offer an acceptable replacement date, all amounts paid for that session are refunded. If a session is moved, participants may accept the new date, take credit, or request a full refund. We do not reimburse travel, accommodation, market subscriptions, or lost trading time, so participants should avoid non-refundable arrangements until a class is confirmed.
Materials and work already supplied
Printed packs included in a completed class have no separate refund value. Custom chart preparation or private review work already delivered is non-refundable to the extent completed and clearly itemised. No physical products are sold. Purchased venue or printing costs are only deducted where a written private-group quote identified them as committed and non-recoverable.
Processing and method
Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days and returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Bank or payment-provider posting time may add several days. If the original method cannot receive a return, we agree a lawful alternative after verifying the payer.
Nothing in this policy removes non-waivable rights under Philippine consumer law. Questions and exceptional circumstances may be sent to contact@vaultportgrid.world.
