Make the record answer a question
A journal should show whether a trader followed a defined process—not merely recount profit and loss. In this clinic, participants choose a compact set of fields covering setup context, entry trigger, invalidation, planned account risk, actual size, exit rule, and execution notes.
We practise tagging mistakes without vague labels such as “bad discipline.” A moved stop, late entry, unplanned add, and skipped setup are recorded separately because each needs a different correction.
Participants leave with paper and spreadsheet examples plus a weekly review routine. Spreadsheet files are ordinary documents, not an online subscription. No personal trade file is projected without explicit permission.
