Acceptance
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or confirming training, you agree to these terms. If you reserve for another participant, you must ensure that person receives them. Additional written session details form part of the agreement; where they conflict, the specifically agreed training details control.
Educational scope
Vault Portgrid provides education about technical analysis, chart reading, journaling, position sizing, and risk planning. We do not give personalised investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; recommend transactions; execute orders; hold client money for trading; or guarantee returns. Every market decision and loss remains the participant’s responsibility.
Historical charts, hypothetical calculations, and classroom examples have limitations. They may omit liquidity, slippage, gaps, fees, tax, and emotional pressure. Past outcomes do not predict future results.
Bookings and participation
A place exists only after written confirmation and receipt of any stated deposit or fee. Participants must provide accurate contact details, arrive on time, behave respectfully, and avoid sharing confidential brokerage credentials. We may refuse or end participation for harassment, disruption, unlawful activity, or attempts to solicit financial account access.
Age-restricted financial accounts are not part of our teaching. Participants under 18 require prior written guardian consent and may be declined where the material is unsuitable.
Fees, changes, and cancellations
Fees and inclusions are stated on the Rates page or a written quote. Payment instructions are sent separately; there is no website checkout. Cancellation, transfer, rescheduling, deposit, and refund rules appear in our Refund Policy. We may replace a facilitator, adjust exercises, or move a session when reasonably necessary without changing its essential learning scope.
Intellectual property
The Vault Portgrid name, original worksheets, written lessons, page copy, and layout are owned by us or used under licence. A participant may print supplied worksheets for personal study. Republishing, selling, recording, scraping, or distributing classes or materials requires written permission. Participant-owned charts and journal notes remain theirs.
Acceptable site use
Do not interfere with site operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, harvest contact details, or use content to promote unlawful market activity. Links to external image hosts or services do not mean we control their availability or terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Vault Portgrid is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect loss, lost profits, or decisions made from educational material. Our aggregate liability for a claim directly arising from a paid session is limited to the fee paid for that session. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.
Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, infringement of our materials, or violation of another participant’s rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Please first contact us so the matter can be addressed in good faith. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, courts with jurisdiction in Cebu City will hear unresolved disputes.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms for legal, operational, or service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version; changes do not retroactively remove confirmed rights. Questions may be sent to contact@vaultportgrid.world.
